Ram

85 year old Ram has been a widow for 15 years. No-one takes care of her and it's been a struggle to survive. She is Dorcus House's oldest supported widow and yet being tiny in size she is full of great joy and always seems to have a smile on her face. Dorcus House helps to take care of her.

Kalaawati

Kalawati is 80 years old and has been a widow for 45 years and has no family to support her. In 2018 her house collapsed when a truck crashed into it. Currently, she moves around the village sleeping in the homes of other widows. Her desire is to have her house rebuilt and made livable once again.
